I normally wear a 7.5 women's. What size wrestling shoe should I get? I know the men's conversion, but are they true to size?

I've found they are true to size. I'm a man though.

I wear Asics for running, and I have to go up a whole size. I used to only go up half a size, but the later models are a smaller fit, so now go up a whole size. I don't know how different running shoes would be to wrestling ones though.

In women's I take a 9.5 in dress shoes, 10 in Asics running shoes, 10.5 or 11 in Newtons, 10 or 10.5 in New Balance. You should try them on if at all possible, the sizes just vary so much.

Men's shoes are almost universally too wide, but on the occasion I can wear them I take an 8.

I've found Asics variable in size, but close. I'm a 7.5 too but I have like 7 pairs of Asics and out of those 1 pair IS larger and 1 pair IS smaller. It just depends on the model I guess. They are all billed as running shoes.
