I log my water consistently, yes I am a 12 a day drinker, if I happen to drink a glass of milk or that rare soft drink I log it in my diary, but not as water intake.

We have a family of 5 and our budget is under $100 a week, most times ranging around $80-90. We shop at Aldi's because the produce is way cheaper than the other local grocers and we get alot of speciality items that are healthy options.

Take your medication everyday, and drink lots of water stick to your calorie goal and get moving :) This place has been my saving grace since I have it too, water seems to work the best for me, I drink 3 ltrs a day and my calories aren't always perfect but sticking to my goals set here have made a HUGE difference when…

I started in November, the first few weeks were torture (mercy only knows what I was eating calorie wise before I started MFP) I even raised mine to 1350 for awhile to adjust. decided to try on a smaller size jeans just for the sake of doing it while out shopping, funny thing is THEY FIT, down 3 sizes since November :smile:

water is the key!! If you drink at the least 8 glasses a day, soon your body will be hydrated and it will not hold the extra water or weight; I learned this the hard way and once I got used to it, the scales moved. just a suggestion, best of luck sweetheart.
