Yeah a desk job is my worst fear!! I wait tables and am a bored eater!! Find something else to do with your hands.. stress ball one of those grip thingys even a thigh master!

If you are being to strict on your self this could happen. I have been doing better but last night i had that feeling. 1cup of rice cereal and 1/2 cup marshmallows (176 calories) with my dinner last night got me through it. Be strong have a treat and then get back to work!!

The calories for that are given by MFP is a suggestion.... you dont have to strictly adhere to it set your self up for success!! If its to low you can change it in the settings. also look for low calorie foods. Cucumbers, pickle, and celery are low in calories (pickles do have a lot of salt tho) try those for snack time.

I can relate to your story losing and feeling great then gaining. Food is such a big part of my life but we can break the "vicious cycle".

I began losing in 2008. Became pregnate in 2009. Gained what i had lost plus more. Began losing again in 2010. I did well until this year when i got married in May when i got up 190lbs. I'm now down to 175 and struggling

Im right there with you my friend. The app helped me lose 30lbs 3yrs ago moths ago i weighted in at 190!! the largest I have ever stepped on the scale at. (worded that way because at my largest i was a size 15 and had never owned a scale)

I like this one also I have been on my weight loss/maintenance yoyo machine for the past 5 yrs or so but this past year i have done rather poorly and am now seeking to do better.

I would love to join your group!! I have used this app in the past to shed the LBs before but I have a really hard time keeping them off. This is my first time using the website and seeking outside support for people I don't know personally.

That's my goal as well. Currently 172lb down from 190 Goal 130 I just want my whole wardrobe at my disposal again!!

I've been without them for over a month. I do try to keep them out of the hose but I had a Halloween party (where I had none of the sweet treats) and there are still plenty of leftovers. I know I should toss them but I hate to be waste up.
