  • I think its the best to weigh yourself in the morning before you eat. Also if you have to go to the toilet go because it does make a difference when you step on the scale.
  • The easiest thing to to is to cut out a big chunk of the processed food (pasta sauces you buy can have up to 12 tsp of sugar!!!).
