I'll add you. I've been having up and down eating days/logging so I know why I've plateaued. I have the same goal weight. That being said, I lift weights and have noticed changes in my appearance from that, so I truly think some of that is muscle. I'm happy with how I look but would like to recommit my healthy choices.…

I agree - use the resources this site gives you and log each and every morsel, be it good or bad! Learn about your good and bad habits and keep under your daily recommended intake. You WILL do this!!

I'm work out 5-6 days a week but still count myself as sedentary. It's best for the calorie count they give you to help you reach your goal; try to stick to the calorie count and not rely on extra activity to pick up any slack...that way it's an added bonus. :-) At first, I said I wanted to lose 1 pound a week and the site…

Welcome Will! I'm new here too. Lately I've been drinking seltzer water and I add in a squirt of the liquid water flavors (like Mio) to it. That way you still get the fizz and some flavor, but from what I'm reading, it counts as water intake because seltzer water (unless club soda) doesn't have any sodium. Good luck -…
