I’m 50 years old Want to lose 20 lbs is my goal. I do have an old knee injury that flares up at times. So a bike would be better then a treadmill. I’m going to start keeping track of my calories.

I’m getting close to my end on the phase that I work really hard to lose. I’m CW162.6 So not bad. Then I will work on maintaining this weight for 4 months. After that I will decide if I need to work at it again.

I took a break from trying to loss. For 3 months I just maintain the weight I was at. I have started to try to loss more. This time is little harder. As of today I have lost 8.6 pounds.

I went ice fishing over the weekend. It was a lot of fun , but came with a price not eat right and drinking beer. So today on the scale I gained 1/2 pound. 😭 back to working hard to get it off this week.

On Friday I was getting ready for the day. I put on an old shirt that I was no it able to wear in a long time. I was shocked how good it looked on me .
