I did it!!! Being sick didn't hurt my numbers, but I tend to lose and then plateau for a few days and then lose a few, so I am the newest member of Onederland!

Still 4 pounds to go. I am lacking motivation at the end of the day after work. I need to up my movement and get back to tracking everything on here.

Just ordered chike!!! Super excited for it to get here!!!

Try and think of it in a way that you are out of control with your body, and that eating these newer/different things are what will help you regain the control that you crave? You still have control over when, how much, etc. Just brainstorming. I haven't tried salad yet, I'm a little nervous to add more to my eating…

Thanks guys!!! I need to get my fix in a healthier way....you can bet I'm going to be pinning cold brewing now ;)

Looking for support/friends too, friend away!

Big deal! Legs are crossed and they aren't uncrossing themselves
-
Amazing!!! Great job :)

yogurt, cottage cheese, protein shakes, food from my docs office that broke down in the stomach easily

Amen!

My first thought was that at 6 weeks out I have just been cleared for meat/tuna...is 3 weeks a little early? Maybe it's just my surgeon. The first 2 weeks were liquid diet for me followed by 4 weeks of "mush". Best of luck!!!

Hit onederland! No more starting with a 2!!! Less than 8 pounds is totally doable!
-
Welcome! I was sleeved on 3/7!
-
I get hiccups often after eating now too, sooo weird!
-
This is awesome. I'm going to haul my 4 year old around when I get home, pretty equal to my weight loss so far!
-
I'm just over a month out and just walking. Looking forward to meeting with the exercise physiologist next friday for my 6 week follow up!
-
put on another pair of pants that fit and my mid day they are too baggy! Gotta love shopping in my closet through all the "smaller" clothes I've saved!

One month post op I am to have no more than 900 calories, and I need 70-80 grams of protein. Macro goals are 40% carbs, 30% protein, 30% fat.

Thanks guys, congrats Krissy!

I just easily pulled on an old pair of jeans I haven't worn in probably 2 years and buttoned them, and I don't feel like I'm being sliced in two!
-
Awesome job!!!

Flip flops, your own pillow, comfies, and iPad/phone and charger. I slept most of the time.

Good points! Thanks!

1. Keep walking! Hit 10,000 steps at least 4 days a week. 2. Purchase dorky hand weights to use while doing walk away the pound videos for those days when it's rainy or can't escape my children ;) 3. Find vitamins that don't make me nauseous! 4. Drink more water!

I did a 6 month "observation" period where I met monthly with them and they taught me how to eat better (more like a "sleeve") and got me in the right mind set. I struggled and gained and lost the same 5 pounds repeatedly, but ended lower than I started so I was approved. I wish I would have been more strict and followed…

That's what I figured. Why is cottage cheese ok but others aren't? I chewed it to mush. Seems fine. I am three weeks out today.

Awesome idea!!!

Thank you!
