You're not using your pain as an excuse, with Fibro, your body can't handle to much exercise, and that's okay. Don't feel bad, maybe just try to do slower exercises first, then work up. Like go for a little walk first then gradually build in everything else?

I try not to eat the calories I burn off, and I don't use kitchen scales, but when I have to measure something, I add it to my diary as extra, just in case. I'm generally counting exercise times by using my phone and sometimes a stop watch. I'm also getting a Samsung Gear Watch soon for Christmas, which will hopefully help.
