Hello, I'm 5'2 and I've lost 3 kg with my Fitness pal (was 77 but now 74) in the past 3 to 4 weeks.
But it seems like even though I eat the needed calories and exercise, I seem to be not losing weight anymore. I have my pal set to sedentary and 1kg a week, but I don't know what to do

Any help would be appreciated

I just want to get back to where I was before I got sick with Fibromyalgia and my brain abnormality.
