losing 13kg by October?

Options
Hello, my family and I are going to Bali in October, and as I'm currently at 70kg-68kg, depending on the scales, I want to get down to 55 or 57 by then, and I was wondering if anyone has some tips that could help? Thank you :)

Make sure you take your boogie board.

    How tall are you?

Depends on what you are losing...
You wont lose 13 kg in fat...
It will probably be a mix of muscle, fat, and water weights when you get to the 13kg loss.
    Its easy to get there.
Start logging everything you eat and consume at a deficit. Dont estimate...digital scale in grams.
    Good luck!

had to convert since i work in lbs! so the max u would like to lose is 30lb. october is over 5 months away. i would say its an ambitious goal but a totally doable one. i myself usually aim for 5lbs a month. having monthly goals keeps me focused more than this far off one. all the best

I would go for 45% carbs, 45% protein, 10% fat from the calories set for you.
You dont need to do this, but thats what i would do...
