I agree with you, just because you CAN lose weight eating taco bell every day for lunch doesn't mean you should. I put as many fruits, vegetables, and whole foods in my body as possible because it is what is best for my body and mind, not just my weight.

I think you might be undoing all your work on the weekends. I would up your calories like somebody said (1400-1600) and track all foods 24/7. I would try new foods and just playing with calories. You could do a vegetable egg scramble with one egg and two egg whites (only 100 calories) with a side of fruit. I don't mind high fat if it is healthy fat, wouldn't eat a diet high in saturated or trans fat. Just because you are losing weight and have a deficit does not mean you are healthy if you are eating junky foods.

I used to love to eat that *kitten* when I was drunk. One time I lost the food when I drank too much and cried because I wanted it soo badly. Turns out I was sitting on it, had beef and sour cream all over my *kitten*. I had to give it up, it was my crack.

I agree with this, it took me awhile to find my sweet spot. I eat way more calories than you and eat most of them back and I am still losing. It also keeps me from having really bad cheat days.
