I've been watching weight loss programs while I work out, the type where they follow a person's transformation for a year, any of y'all do that? I'm finding it really motivating :) I do this, too. JFT (SUNDAY) Get caught up on laundry (broken washer for many days) :) Log my food as I eat, not at the end of the day (was good at the beginning of the day, then forgot) Drink more water :) Put together food plan for next week. :) Play with my Grandson :)

JFT 2/3 - meal planning for next week - pre-make some meals - inventory freezer and clean out old stuff - log meals - drink 8 glasses - clean bedding and find alternative for geriatric cat sleeping under my covers.

I am coming in a little late, so doing a little catch up. Goals for Feb. - Loose 6 lbs - Log meals each day (be honest) - Drink 8 glasses of water/day - Exercise 5x week for 60 min/day - Daily Devotional - Write in Gratitude Journal every day
