  • Yep - paleo baking with coconut flour (I second the detoxinista link). I was curling my lip up before tasting it but the tastes blew me away, and the baking stays moist and rich for considerably reduced carbs and sugars. The only way I will bake now :smile:
  • Snips66 ... have you used the barcode feature of the MFP app on a "smart" device ph / ipad etc? I just point it at the barcode of food labels and it brings up the data correctly ... just amazing and rules out browsing lists of foods.
