were 45 minutes to an hour from the closest gym. so its not practical. mainly my goal for now is just to lose weight and tighten up some areas.

not really. well i COULD. itd be a work out within itself. but itd take a lot to rearrange things. and id have to do it daily because i wouldnt be able to keep it that way and still have access to everything the rest of the day.

well my ankles and wrists pop if i wiggle them around, i dont know how to explain it. but it doesnt happen when working out. its mostly just my hips. sometimes my knees

i eat food with nutritional value. but i have a treat every night if i have the calories for it. i dont eat all my calories in sweets. haha
