I have started and stopped eating healthy and working out more times than I can count.i never stick with it more than 2 weeks at a time. I am feeling frustrated and sad. I am a busy mom with a 1 year old. How do you other moms keep up with everything without feeling like a nervous breakdown.

Its not easy. I have a 5 yr old and a 1 yr old. My housekeeping is not always perfect, I take naps when I could be cleaning, I work out sometimes in 10 minute blocks. I sometimes have sitters just to go shopping or have an hour me time. Find what works for u. Plan meals ahead if u can0

I'm not a mom but I work graveyard shifts and stay up with my 1 yr old while my wife works her daytime job. I bought a baby carrier for hiking and usually take her for 1 to1.5 hr hike. She'll actually nap in the carrier most of the time. Being outdoors and away from the pantry and fridge helps me keep my nutrition in check too. Good luck, I hope things get better for you.0
