I agree with everyone who said salad. I like to mix it with green leaf lettuce and some parsley and then add green apple, blue cheese, and walnuts with a little red wine vinaigrette.

Honestly, I can handle cooking, and all that. But cleaning is my kryptonite. I hate it, but when my apartment is trashed, it only makes me want to hunker down and eat all the pizza and all the cake. So, I'd just hire someone to tidy up.

I generally rotate between a week of yogurt parfaits made with plain yogurt, granola, nuts, with a little maple syrup and an egg bake. I make the egg bake Sunday night, and cut it into portions and freeze all but one bag, and just pull more from the freezer when needed.

I swear to god, it has to burn more calories trying to stay upright on an icy sidewalk. Lol. It totally FEELs like it does anyway. I walked a mile and half the other day, and muscles I didn't even know I had hurt the next day.

I find that it’s most helpful to plan and pack food. I also, no matter what, make sure i have something ready to go for when i get home in the morning. I’m always starving and it’s far too easy to swing through the drive through.

I LOVE cooking. But i have a tiny, tiny kitchen. My oven is actually a convection oven that doubles as a microwave and i have no dishwasher or disposal lol. But i keep all my appliances on a metal shelf around the corner and have loads of cabinet space. So i suppose it’s a trade off.
