Mine is half a kilo.

You should start your own thread asking for help. Your calorie goal sounds a bit tiny. I really can't say without your stats. Perhaps you set your weight loss goal too aggressive?
-
its not a lot. It's just that first time when I reduce it again. I eat 1500 calories a day. Maintenance is 1670. And I'm not sure about all my macros. I know protein is 107g. I think fat is 33grams and the rest would be carbs.

I can't do that, I would starve on Saturday's (my cheat day) because I only eat 1700 calories of sugary treats all day on Saturday
-
I usually tell them I'm not losing any more, I'm just "toning". They don't know the difference... Lol.
-
I wouldn't know. I don't drink alcohol. Ever. I just eat lots of chocolate.
-
Hahaha! Thanks. Will do.
-
I don't drink alcohol. So with 500 calories, I would eat a 100grams of Lindt chocolate...
-
Try drinking your calories if you don't want to eat them. Fruit juice, or milk?
-
I felt that way although I have no reason to be self conscious. (I'm not fat just skinny fat and my body shape is embarrassing). I told my trainer how I felt and you know what he told me? "The only thing that's embarrassing, are those people walking past this gym pretending they don't know us."

This is why I keep them out of the house outside my cheat day. Otherwise I would eat 1500 calories of sweets everyday....not good for weight loss.
-
I have a cheat day once a week. The rest of the week when I crave I tell myself to wait until then. Also, don't keep the stuff in the house.
-
I tried that, but it doesn't stop me. I usually end up eating them before their even frozen.

Embrace the ADDICTION!
-
None. I just have no willpower with certain foods. They happen to be sweet, but I also have that with some salty foods, like pizza or hamburgers.
-
Oh I know , I'm ADDICTED! :joy:
-
I eat a whole slab of even 90% chocolate. Even if it's bitter
-
Or how about just 12 (the entire container)
-
My pleasure. if it sounds too good to be true - it usually is.
-
Yes. It's a waste of money.
-
Nothing then? Okay...must've just worked for me...

You're right. If you get good nutrition and enough calories from that one meal then by all means, if not, yes eat a little more. But she's wrong about sugar and stuff. Slaves ate bread a lot because they didn't have anything else. They were far from fat. Overeating makes one fat because your body stores energy as fat when…

Be patient and eat more. That calorie goal is much too low. Also, meassuring with cups is for liquid ONLY. Solid food needs to be weighed with a food scale otherwise your calories eaten can be wildly inaccurate. Other than that, my advice to you would be to be aware of your weight loss, but don't make it the centre of your…

No.

I usually plan my calories to eat a whole container of something when it comes to sweets. I know I will. So, it's sort of a "controlled binge". They're just so yummy. Can't possibly eat just one a day... I'll eat a whole container, one day out of the week. Now that sounds like a good version of moderation to me!
-
I usually take it. And say I'll eat it a bit later when everyone can be jealous of me.....and then when they look away...it goes into the garbage bin. Evil I know.
-
Popcorn and watermelon. I'm a volume eater and I can eat a sh!tload of those two for half the calories of a normal meal!
-
No.

I've been counting calories for two years. It's like brushing my teeth. And I don't need motivation to brush my teeth. ;)
-
You know what I don't mind progress too much. I'm making it, but it's not the cornerstone of my days. I weigh in once a month. Basically my advice would be to "forget" that your dieting or losing weight and just continue as normal, but obviously still keep the eating in check and log. You should start to see the "diet" as…
