I gave up smoking almost one year ago, and the first few months is a challenge but it is definitely worth it. I see people smoking now thinking why i did it. Wish good luck :) P.s. I love your quote, never heard it before but it's fab

Me and Tilly did 8.8km today, tried to power walk but Tilly was having none of it so it was a gentle stroll lol How you getting on :smile:

Maybe different terrains - I enjoy roadwork were as my mum enjoys running up hills (never understand) Groups - there are loads of local groups, socialising may help Music- I prefer my iPod and music to groups so which Evers better Dogs - borrow a dog :)

45g of porridge, Just under 1/2 pint of skimmed milk 2mins in microwave (stir halfway) Then either chopped banana, raisins or mixed ☺️

Hi, I always try and get my 10,000 steps, but also do half hour workout app on my tablet. I have just started 30 day challenge for abs aswell (only on day 2).

I use NHS couch to 5k which seems to be really good. Running can trigger my epilepsy so when i have a seizure i jump back a week but it works out well i have got to week 5. My mum did her first run (a 10k) and she used a run keeper which got her to the finish line, but she uses a different app now (can't remember the name)…

Hi, Yeah I'm losing 2lb a week and 1250 Cals. Just been for first event, my mum was doing a trail run so I spent the day relaxing around around food stalls....burgers, meat, cakes, chips and ice creams! But thanks for the help comments, I stayed motivated and had my own lunchbox so much cheaper aswell :D And still managed…
