Chin help??

Options
Hi,
Is there any exercises/ways to get rid of and shape my chin? I heard about chewing gum can help but doesn't seem to be making any difference.
Any ideas?
Thanks ☺️

    You can't spot reduce/shape.

If it's too 'flabby' for your liking you just need to lose weight/fat overall, and it will eventually come off.

Do you mean chin or neck? Either way, fat loss is the only way to change your shape and even then you can't choose where you see it most. Have a look on the success stories forum, there's a thread for face photos.

By chin do you mean a "double-chin"

If so there are stretches that you can do that look like you are pulling funny faces, also, apparently massaging your chin upwards, i think it is, but im not 100% on that

If chewing shaped our chins, most of us would have quite enviable chins. ;)

I hate my double chin but as I get thinner it gets less noticable.

THIS. If you want to "restructure" your chin, then that's the work of a plastic surgeon.

It will go eventually as you lose weight.
