One of my first mini goals is to get back to 25 BMI (174 lb).. So far, I'm on track. I know from experience, that is also the number that assuming I keep up with exercise, when my love handles start shrinking.

If you grate your own.. no change. Measure whatever is easier for you. If a note on those that buy pre-grated cheese:... Things are a little different because they coat the grated cheese with anti-clump agents often involving corn starch, which changes the macros and calorie count.

Your calories scream when you burn them? ;) Kidding aside, to answer the question I *think* you are asking in the title though... MFP works by setting your calorie allowance based on your current stats and weight loss goals... and is designed to allow you to eat your exercise calories back. Something to consider though...…
