  • Sorry I did not post yesterday. I have pneumonia I did not even leave my bed. I did finally weigh myself I did it in the afternoon so I don't know how accurate it is. So I lost 2 lbs and still going. Woo Hoo! and now Im going back to bed.

  • Well depending on how vigorously you "wrestle" I would log it as light, Moderate or intense aerobic activity. Try to keep track of how long it was .... In minutes, so you can accurately put it into MFP. If you only "wrestled for 5 min I wouldn't bother telling anyone. Then immediately post pictures of course. :p
  • Not knowing your stats makes it hard to tell you why or what your calories should be. The more you weigh the more calories you use just to exist.   • If people do not weigh in, the personal goal they set still counts against the percent of reaching the total group goal. At some point before the last weigh in should we take their goal out of the total? If not we will not have an accurate % of the groups goal.

  • Usually I use my recumbent bike and Wii fit. I do a lot of swimming in the summer. This weekend I put a new floor in my living room all by myself (including moving everything out and back in and ripping out the old floor)so I counted that as my workout lol. I did get help with the piano though.
