Yep! Reached my goal weight on Friday and have decided I want to lose another 5kg and go from there. I am trying to be easier on myself and not quite as obsessive about weight loss and weighing myself and focusing more on my fitness etc.

This is great

Congrats on getting back into it yesterday. I am hoping with time we will remember we aren't the same people anymore with the knowledge we have now and that we are committed to our new lifestyles ✌

It's so hard to learn to trust ourselves again to not let things get out of control. Perhaps we need to focus on making sure we find what's right for us and trusting we can stick it out? Good luck with your holiday! Hopefully you find some nice places to walk or something to stay active xx

As of yesterday I have lost 32kgs. My most recent NSV is small but soo exciting for me: My thighs no longer touch when I am on the cross trainer or exercise bike and I can see a visible gap whilst my legs are 'shoulder width' apart doing weights. Before I put on weight I was still unhappy with my legs and to be able to see…

You look wonderful. You should be so proud of yourself and your achievements!

Makes sense! Thank you!

So I shouldn't get too hung up if I go over? I love fruit and as I am trying to not have breads/ too many carbs as snacks I have been trying to have berries and fruit which I always thought was a good choice til I saw some of my sugar stats were over the goal a little.

That's what my problem is. I hate eating breakfast so I have a banana and might have some berries during the day as a snack and sometimes reach my sugar goal and wonder if it's as bad as if I were reaching it through eating chocolate etc.

It is so crazy. When I get take out I always find out what the correct portion size is of the food I am having and find I get 5 meals out of one takeaway Indian curry and if I practice mindful eating I usually find it is enough for me. It is crazy how massive serving sizes are when you eat out and what you get used to…

Thanks guys xx @samanthaElla @Liftng4Lis @qstneverything you're very sweet. Congrats @etfit78 that's amazing good luck with your new goals xx

Thanks guys! I wish I had taken more photos (especially body shots) before I began losing weight to see more of a difference though! @dinobomp @bonboncito

I have a vivofit and love it. There have been some teething issues with syncing to MFP but these are mostly resolved. I use the vivofit ap to track everything and only really use MFP to enter my calories in and check on my nutrients for the day, although the calories burned from vivofit do also sync to MFP the calories…

I wish I could stick to only weighing on Fridays to not see these fluctuations but this is difficult when trying to lose weight. I have lost 24.5kgs so far and have at least another 10kg to go so especially at this stage in my weight loss I feel like I need to monitor it more closely so that I can change things quickly if…

20-30 pounds. 22 pounds to my goal weight and then I will go from there.

It is great to have so many photos of each stage so that you can appreciate how far you've come! Congratulations!

I haven't quit sugar as such however I had a massive chocolate addiction and have not touched chocolate/lollies etc in 4 months. It was very hard to begin with but using fruit etc did help a lot. I was more of the opinion that there is nothing good in it for me, and a lot of bad, including the addictive behaviour…
