I'm replacing premier protein shake for creamer, small changes. I've completed insanity 3 times and Body Beast 2 and running when I can. I am now doing Weights 3-4 days and cardio 2 days. I do like to drink alcohol which I quit for a while, now when we seem to relax in evening I want a drink.

Thanks for the input. I realize I'm not eating enough for this program but I guess I have a hard time wrapping my head around it, scared to gain. My plan was to gain strength which I have but I still need to lose in my midsection. So I will be doing Insanity from a 3rd round when I complete Bodybeast.

I don't usually over do it during day, but I'm sure I can find something to cut out to help. I eat 1300 a day, probably thinking I'm not eating enough for weight lifting.
