i had same problem what I found is im very active during the week on my feet all day at work and lift weights weekends I pretty much lounge so was burning about half the calories plus weekends my diet wasn't as strict double whammy losses during the week were negated

in a cal. deficit probably wont gain muscle unless your new to lifting

been said already but good advise weigh and track your food small steps working towards the big picture its a marathon not a sprint. come out of the gates to hard and you will burn out pace yourself sounds corny but so true

sometimes you have to create your own foods and info and add it to your foods
