Hello! I am new here and totally love MFP! However, I could really use your help if you have any ideas. I'm really having a hard time getting my daily dose of Potassium without going overboard on calories. If you have any solutions, please let me know! Thanks soooo much!

    Add fish to your diet high potassium low to no carbs! How much do you need and for what purpose? IE leg cramps

    I would just like to get the daily recommended intake of 4700 mg.
  • Try some mini sweet peppers. Pretty good for potassium and magnesium. I like to nibble on them for a snack.

    Nice and crunchy too - helps to satisfy the texture craving too.
