Tracked Friday, 09/28/18 calories, food, but did not exercise yesterday at all and wanted to quit. Wasn't going to record today. Almost hit the Leave the group but I decided to stick around and continue trying.

9/26 Weight 170.6 Tracked food and calories. No exercise. Ate the house. Minimal water. Coming to the one year anniversary of my son's death. Roller coaster emotions. I do track everyday in the diary in my fitness pall but I do not always report it here.

9/15 camping, went out to dinner with my daughter. Went way over calorie intake allotment. Tracked calories, food. No exercise on Saturday. 9/16 back on track. Tracked food, calories and exercise. Good day. Didn't eat on Sunday unt I felt hunger because Saturday I had eaten so much.

Emotional Overate on potato chips. Since the divorce2 years ago, haven't been able to attend nieces/nephews events, graduations, confirmations etc. Get into a pity pot. Tracked calories, food and exercise. Went over calorie intake.

9/10 In a bad pity party and over ate on potato chips. My weight loss is stagnant. I am renovating my deck and it goes on forever it seems. I have 2days left of painting I hope. Ugh. Tracked food, exercise and calories. Ate way more than allowed.

Getting lax entering info. Am using the app just not coming here everyday. Tracked Saturday and Sunday both food, exercise and calories. Went to our state fair and did not do well. Exercised alot just from walking all day.

jkdooley has tracked food, exercise and calories for Thursday. I was under my calorie recommendations. When I give plasma on those days, I looked it up and there are calorie expenditures related to this donation. Other exercise was yoga for and hour, weights for 20 minutes and walked the dogs.
