Ok, I am giving up on the mini challenge this week. Too much going on & hard to keep up with the posting. I can’t quite remember where I left off! I have been walking on the treadmill every evening, tracking, but the calories have been a wee bit over a few days. I will try to start tracking the mini challenge again next week. 😬1

jkdooley has tracked food, exercise and calories for Thursday. I was under my calorie recommendations. When I give plasma on those days, I looked it up and there are calorie expenditures related to this donation. Other exercise was yoga for and hour, weights for 20 minutes and walked the dogs.3
