    Ok, I am giving up on the mini challenge this week. Too much going on & hard to keep up with the posting. I can’t quite remember where I left off! I have been walking on the treadmill every evening, tracking, but the calories have been a wee bit over a few days. I will try to start tracking the mini challenge again next week. 😬

    @CCzMini You are doing what you need to. Walking on the treadmill is exercise and you are tracking if you know you are a wee bit over calories.

    Don't stress over posting, keep walking, keep tracking and the wee bit over will take care of itself eventually.

    jkdooley has tracked food, exercise and calories for Thursday. I was under my calorie recommendations. When I give plasma on those days, I looked it up and there are calorie expenditures related to this donation. Other exercise was yoga for and hour, weights for 20 minutes and walked the dogs.
