This week is been a physical week. Lots of endurance workouts from improving push ups, crunches and ab work outs. Next week will be the same so my weight loss will slow down as I improve my inches and gain muscle. Hopefully the week after that will be better for weight loss as I get back into my cardio routine.3 -

Exercise. 12,800 steps. I didn't reach my step targets this weekend. Resting for the playoffs coming up. Monday in PT, Tuesday just finishing up the season in my day league, later game big playoff if we win no game till Championship next Tuesday if we lose have to play thursday, Wednesday second game of PT playoffs.
Volleyball, soccer, basketball and fall softball coming up.
