    @erikNJ I have a cheat day usually once a week. I always having a craving that hits the strongest at the end of the week but the minute I give in I feel gross and sick. It's a constant battle. Throughout the week feeling deprived and then at the end of the week, when I give in, not feeling satisfied and feeling gross. It is a challenge and I'm now looking for alternative ways to hit take away these cravings.

    It's so hard.

    Back on track after the beach birthday weekend so I was happy to see that it was just water.
    Back on the steroids for the asthma because of all the fires and smoke but trying to not let that give me permission to scarf the food.

    Sunday made it out before the smoke got to bad, Farmers Market and park for the puppy to get her energy run out. Then night shift working and walking the halls.

    Monday had to take the exercise inside the smoke was so thick.
