I knew going into August that it was going to be my toughest month of 2018. Vacation, celebrations, general end of summer activities that we try to squeeze in before it’s gone.
I am glad that I am still down in weight for the month but I am ready to get back to my ways of the first 7 months. I can tell I am getting weaker, weights at the gym seem heavier. I have been having more than one cheat meal a week, and I always feel terrible the next day.
Yesterday was my last day feeling like that. Back to the grind now so I can see that scale move again!

Well, it's a new week and after getting a little off track with some habits that I keep thinking are more stable than they apparently are, it's back to refocusing on the whole food, nothing highly processed thing. I'm amazed at how quickly and easily things/foods creep back in. So, this morning I have woken up not feeling well because of it, but I know what to do.
My goals this week:
1. Whole foods, nothing very processed!
2. Limiting electronics in the evening especially after about 10pm
3. Exercise, especially working on strength training
4. (and of course) Logging and staying within calories
