@GardenMama129 We live just off the Columbia River so the wind pulls all the smoke from wildfires anywhere in the Gorge area or Washington and Oregon state. So we are dealing with lots of fire smoke. And this asthmatic can't take that.

Sorry I forgot to let you know I was going away.
Will be back on Mon and will be able to get on the scale then. I've been trying really hard to pay attention to everything I eat so hopefully won't be too bad when I get back. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.2 -

Started a new job this week so I havnt been able to keep up with tracking/min challenge. I've been walking a ton tho so that helps. Today alone we did the facility tour. Almost non stop walk for 4 hours. My feet are killing me lol6
