    I had one of those this week too. A Sunday to Tuesday camping trip and, for some reason, I decided to throw caution to the wind, not log, and eat what I wanted. And now I remember why I don't usually do that! So, I'm also trying to get the scale number back to where it should be.

    Well, the positive takeaway is that we are conscious of what we did and are looking to correct those actions. The old me might have just given up all together. But we are determined to get better!

    Hi,

    Sorry I forgot to let you know I was going away.
    Will be back on Mon and will be able to get on the scale then. I've been trying really hard to pay attention to everything I eat so hopefully won't be too bad when I get back. I guess we'll just have to wait and see. :)

    10,000 steps on our dog show weekend. While it’s more of a challenge to pick wisely with food choices when away, it can be done. Salad first and lots of water!!
