    Getting in the routine of my new job has left me completely drained of energy at the end of the day. Still doing my best to make wise food decisions, but my workouts are usually middle of the day or at night. Going to try and get them done in the morning before work.

    I am. I have adjusted to the Keto way of eating and I am really loving it. I have been very busy and have not added in exercise but that changes this next week. Thanks a bunch.

    @ktrull09 it is hard to get into a new routine when you are restructuring your life. I used to work nights at a restaurant and found it easy having my workouts done in the morning and/or mid afternoon but the minute I started managing, picking up hours and working days, I had a harder time coming home after a 10 - 13 hour day feeling energized enough to do my workout. It is a process and it might give you a hiccup for a couple days while you adjust but then you will fall into your new routine it will stick just like your old routine did. Just look forward and make the steps.
