@ktrull09 it is hard to get into a new routine when you are restructuring your life. I used to work nights at a restaurant and found it easy having my workouts done in the morning and/or mid afternoon but the minute I started managing, picking up hours and working days, I had a harder time coming home after a 10 - 13 hour day feeling energized enough to do my workout. It is a process and it might give you a hiccup for a couple days while you adjust but then you will fall into your new routine it will stick just like your old routine did. Just look forward and make the steps.
