    Hi,

    Sorry I forgot to let you know I was going away.
    Will be back on Mon and will be able to get on the scale then. I've been trying really hard to pay attention to everything I eat so hopefully won't be too bad when I get back. I guess we'll just have to wait and see. :)

    10,000 steps on our dog show weekend. While it’s more of a challenge to pick wisely with food choices when away, it can be done. Salad first and lots of water!!
