Don't mind at all! Tried no insulin. Epic fail. But i did lower it from 30 units daily to 20. Maybe that will help. I am seeing the scale inch down this past week but I've also been killing it on my elliptical doing at least 6.0 mph for an hour daily. I personally have found that having plenty of easy choices on hand works best for me amd keeps me from cheating. Low carb tortillas make excellent wraps with bacon cheese ham lettuce and mayo. Wings! Hamburger steaks. Eggs with sausage. Try out different things to see what works for you and watch out for sweeteners. Best…

I have been on low carb for a year and i am a diabetic with a history of 2 heart attacks. Exercising is important to me. ..in my mind. ..to help reduce the risk of another heart attack. I'm relatively fit but that didn't stop the past MIs. Thanks for the input. I will definitely look into that! :-)
