Don't listen to her negativity. Celebrate the 8 pounds loss and the fact that your sticking with it! I saw a difference in my clothes around the 10 pound mark. Keep up the good work!

Thanks for posting this! My feet and ankles have been swelling bad lately. I've reduced my sodium and increased my exercise and it hasn't helped. I'll try increasing my water now. Thanks!

That's awesome! The best thing I ever did was join a local bike club. You'll be safer in numbers, make some great friends & quickly see improvement.
