Down another 2 lbs. Friday I will have completed Kayla's 4 week pre traing program. Trying to decide if I need another round before starting the "real" workout seiing how this has both kicked my okole & made me stronger.

Right! I gained 40 lbs slowly at my desk job in 5 years! I walk to the post offce everyday (just under a mile rt) if I didn't have that I'm not sure how big I would be. Mid morning I have a green smoothie I make in the morning before work. 1.5c spiniach 3/4 c coconut water 1 apple 1 c fresh fruit 1 c frozen fruit toss in Vitamix yum 3 +servings fruit curbs my sweet tooth that craves candy doughnuts & cakes good fiber extra energy still losing weight

I'm stuggling with this too working out makes me crazy hungry! I feel very frustrated & grumpy 'cause I need to eat a bit of protein & fruit. I do that but am still starving. Pms isn't helping either.
