  • I have a two month old. I gained 44 lbs during pregnancy. Some of it went away after delivery. Still got a solid 32 lbs to shed. Any suggestions tips tricks to stay on track? Specially with the baby.
  • Wow.. I only have 2 and 5 lb.. no wonder my upper body is not getting sore..lol.. I will get some 10 lbs soon..
  • Done with week 3 day 2. These workouts have started to get tough. I quit in the third week the last time I started. No quitting this time!

  • Workout done. I am going to find some other cardio for saturday.. may be a zumba class.. :) The cardio 1 has started to get too repetitive. Anyone else has a similar problem?
  • Thanks for your responses everyone. I agree that fitbit is not accurate on that front. I am also very curious to see reviews on the fitbit HR.. I am not going to rely on the fitbit numbers during JMBR. But on other days its a good motivator to get moving specially for someone who is sitting at a desk all day.
  • week 2 day 2 done! I have to get some 8lbs I was working with the 2 and 5lbs that I have and seems like they are not making much difference. I am not as sore as some other team members. I need a lot of strength in my lower body i keep falling/losing my balance when I do lunges.. so far loving this!
  • starting weight 130. Target weight 120. Want to fit in size 4. currently size 6 (borderline 8). Did not lose much in the first week but this is just the beginning. Good to see everyone here!

  • Fridays workout done! the first weeks workouts didt seem that intense but my body still got sore.. feeling good so far. :)
  • I have tried to do this twice before but quit after 1 month. I want to stick to this for the whole three months this time. I have about 10 lbs to lose and want to build a strong core.

  • I want to start doing this too! I'm so happy to find out so many of you are starting this. I am new to myfitness pal and not sure how this works. Will everybody post to this thread as we progress with the body revolution?
