Yes I do exactly this Mondays, Tues Thursday and Friday (occasionally I miss a day). I've worked my way up to this number of reps and weights.

I really relate to this. I think it might be abit of that going on with me too. I have to accept I won't look like a 20 year old version of myself now that I'm in my 40s!

This happens to me too. I find getting a good sleep helps it a little but I just try not to give in too much and accept I can be back to being good in a couple of days.

I guess I'm disappointed that I don't look fantastic. I thought I'd look brilliant if I weighed this much but my skin is saggy on my belly and my arms have no definition. I don't really look skinny.

I switch between a Polar a370 and a Garmin vivo hr plus and I love the stats and wearing one definitely makes me more active. I bought one for my husband who was fairly inactive as far as specific exercise and he's started running because of it.

Start to log your food and keep it up. Don't cheat. Then join the Fat2Fit monthly group challenge on here. I find it so good. There are lots of people in the same situation and we try every day to be better and keep on track. Good luck

Hello I wonder if uve tried logging what u eat for a couple of days/weeks and when u have an idea of how many calories u are eating you could add to it by eating a little more, as in up your portions abit. Sorry I'm not much help but I wish you well. Good luck.

I lost 44lbs since Feb. So that's 8 months but I had list the first 40 lbs in about 5 months. I seem to be making hard work of the last 10lb. My goal is 50lbs. I just count my calories and try to do as much exercise as I can. Good luck

Me too. Colder and my bed isn't as comfortable. It's great though. Today I sorted out my wardrobe and every single thing (some stuff is 20 years old!) fit or was way too big. It was a fantastic feeling!
