Walking and counting calories. I should note that I am a former college athlete turned fat so I was already fairly athletically built. But I've lost a lot of muscle. I am now doing some bodyweight exercises and starting running this week. But consistent calorie counting is the #1 contributor to my loss. This took me 8 months.21
