I've got most of it down now. Only thing that is kinda bugging me it's that it only counts the calories I burn from doing cardio and not lifting weights. Is there any way of subtracting the calories I burn while working out and not just cardio? Ive input some of my workouts but it did not reduce any calories.

Just earlier today I finally bought myself the digital scale, now my main concern is submitting my information for home cook meals. Should I just upload the calories overall or every little thing on its own? - thanks!
