Help with logging workouts

I walk 3-4 miles with 5 lb weights on my ankles and 2.5 weights on my wrists but the activity log does not reflect the added calories burned because there is just a "walking" exercise to check but nowhere to customize it. Also the App showed my kettle bell workout but not the calories burned so my total for calories burned is not correct. Anyone know how to fix these two issues? Thanks
