Does anyone know of a way to add the calories burned from lifting weights?

You have to enter the calories burned (if you use a HRM) using the cardiovascular option.
Otherwise, MFP doesn't give a calorie burn for weight training.0 -
It's quite hard to get an accurate calorie burn for weight lifting as there are a lot of factors which can change it, like intensity, reps etc.
Most people don't tend to log it (I think) but you can log it under the cardiovascular section in exercises.0 -
