Log your food, log your exercise, eat what it says to eat. What bit do you need tips on? Just throw yourself head into it :-)0

I've got most of it down now.
Only thing that is kinda bugging me it's that it only counts the calories I burn from doing cardio and not lifting weights. Is there any way of subtracting the calories I burn while working out and not just cardio?
