Never ever eat just one meal a day... bad news, i'm sorry. You should always feed your body. I am amazed at some of the suggestions people give on this site. When we study nutrition in health management in my masters program (its an elective class) they are clear you must eat 6 small healthy meals a day to feed your body.

I can only add my opinion to this thread and please take it for what it is worth my opinion only. You can loose weight by cutting only calories but it does not do your body allot of good long term. Been on MFP for some time, left and came back.. Finally seem to have a sense of what this is about. I am in a local program where I live, which helps, it leans on MFP heavily so it's been a great tool.
