I've had okra, green onions, baby carrots, radishes, Roma tomatoes, celery, spinach and cucumber.

I despise ketchup and only use it if I'm eating McDonald's fries. I love mozzarella cheese sticks dipped in cocktail sauce. BBQ sauce in Mac and cheese I hate mixing sweet and savory like a mcgriddle or Maple sausage. I can eat black and green olives all day.

Anything....if I want it I have it in moderation. I'm all about balance and moderation. I'm sure I could have lost more faster but I'm learning to make my favorite foods for my lifestyle.

When I'm pmsing I give the beast what she wants! If I eat not so great 3 or so days out of the month I'm doing pretty okay. And I don't mind eating chocolate and carbs and everything in between.

This is 11 lbs and 3 weeks apart. Newest on the left. It's not a huge difference but I can see it starting.

I love working with kettlebells, lots of retailers now sell them in various weighs from 2 lb to 80+ lbs and decently priced as well.

I love kettlebells, in fact I just picked up my old 12k from my mom's to start using again. I can't wait to start incorporating them in my workout plan and start shedding the fat!

I worked out both yesterday and today and I'm starting to see definition in my arms.

This will be for 2 weeks, right now I have rice, beans and peanut butter along with some pasta. Doesn't seem like much but we just ran out of most of our food and haven't gone shopping yet

Well last night was girls night so I had a couple angry orchards a bloody Mary and some shots. I did great the rest of the week though.

I like ham and bean soup in the crock pot. After soaking beans, strain and put in Crock-Pot add a chopped onion and garlic a pound of ham sliced and cover with water or reduced sodium chicken broth and cook on low for 6-7 hours. I have used it in whole wheat rotini with spinach and cherry tomatoes and a little garlic and red pepper flakes. Really good a not too caloric.

Depends on the day but I really like scrambled eggs with a little bit of spinach, turkey and crushed red pepper flakes and a piece of toast. Other times I'm happy with a turkey sandwich.
