It's not rocket science. Open a new bottle, estimate how much you're using, add to MFP. When you get to the end of the bottle you can total how many ml you've recorded and add or subtract the difference to equal the ml in the bottle

So you weigh a banana with the skin off? What if I'm going out for the day? Take the skin off, weigh the banana and it gets all squishy and brown in my bag? Doesn't really work for me.

Thanks! Exactly what I'm looking for. Just ordered a Minimax plus a strap. Thanks also for the Ironman recommendation - looks like a good watch, but just wanted something simple and the Gymboss seems a bit more suitable.
