I quit table salt a long time ago and thought that was going to help. Come to find out most all the salt we are getting is for the canned and processed foods we buy from the stores. Now I have to start making my own meals from scratch and really reading the labels before I buy anything from the stores.

How do you set reminders is the app?

I just watch the serving size of what I want to eat as well as the content. Using the app and searching the net for meals that suit me seems to be working for me. One of my problems is the sodium content in the foods we can buy, way to much in our foods.
