Thank u for the kind words and support!! Hubby is fine now. We came home from surgery with a stent and that was not a fun time AT all. He has had several kidney stones and one Other surgery for them. Never a stent

Thanks to all!! I have been doing some intermittent fasting anyway so just begun today like I had been. Was busy all morning then turned around it was 1:30 pm and I thought no wonder I'm a little hungry. Ha. Have done so good today and tomorrow is looking to be another busy one so that's good

I was suprised and pleased to see this post this morning. Today is day 26 for me since changing things up with LCHF. Lost 9 lbs the first 10 days and so far as of this morning in at 9.8 lost. Was discouraged Measured this morning so now have something to go by. But. How often do you remeasure?

I am already on a magnesium supplement so that is covered. Will start keeping up on the sodium though. Usually have never had a problem with getting enough of that more towards the too much side.
