I don't know that i have any tips. Like i said earlier i think i just got first week luck with an extreme drop in my calorie intake. I try to eat a grapefruit first thing in the morning to start my metabolism with a glass of water then about 30 mins later ill drink some coffee and have about a 400 calorie breakfast with…

I agree. And im sick of "brand name" stores not selling clothes that go past 2xl. And when they do offer bigger sizes its a very limited selection and the charge you extra money.

LW 331.8 CW 324.4 Not to bad for my first week on the diet but i imagine the losses will be smaller and smaller as i continue. It always seems like the first 5 to 10 lbs falls right off np but after that i pretty much have to work my butt off to see any further progress.

Sadly this is one of the better paying jobs in my area. So i had to sacrafice the beard for more money. But after i fihure in the cost of shaving cream and razors and the pain of razor burn and just the pain of not having a beard im begining to wonder if it was all worth it.

Head villain over many not as tuff villains. Kind of a puppeteer that is behind all the scene pulling all the strings but never getting caught. I got one of those jobs that require me to be clean shaven and i hate it. I miss my beard. I work in a grocery store and they say it makes a good impression on the customers. More than half our customers have beards and im sorry to say that includes some of the women.
